All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been packaged and a shipping label has been created, it cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, Aliahcouture is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. We encourage customers to monitor their tracking information and contact the shipping carrier directly regarding any delivery issues.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
